A great opportunity to meet new people, experience different cultures, and build both soft and hard skills.
EYP Poland is a European Union youth event where students from across Europe come together to discuss important topics, exchange ideas, and work in teams to develop solutions to the problems we face as a society. This year, the event was hosted in Bydgoszcz, a beautiful city in the north of Poland, and I was lucky enough to attend.
During the event, we worked together in groups and discussed many different topics. Through the EYP, I have realised the value of different opinions and social contact among young people. There aren’t many places in the world where you meet so many young people with similar interests.
My personal highlight was definitely the talent show as so many incredibly skilled people shared their impressive talents, which left me absolutely speechless.
Overall, the EYP Poland event was a very valuable experience for me. I know you might not remember all the details of the topics we discussed or the speeches that were made, but I hope I’ll remember all the great people I met and stay in contact with them.
